MY ARTWORK HASN’T ARRIVED

If your Artwork has not arrived by the estimated date logged by the artist, we recommend checking the tracking details on the order details you receive when the Artist confirms dispatch.  If the tracking details are incomplete, please contact the Artist.

If you don’t receive an update from the Artist within 48 hours, contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist. 

If your Artwork has been lost in transit (it has been 7 days since the estimated time of arrival), then we will refund you in full for the order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT?

Accurate address details are necessary for prompt delivery. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays as the package may be returned to sender.

In the event that the delivery address is a valid address (but not your address), the package will be delivered to that address and it will be your responsibility to recover the goods.

We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified. However, we will do our best to help you wherever possible.

In the event that the delivery address is invalid, the package will generally be returned to the Artist. We will then contact you for correct address details and the package will be re-shipped, at your expense.
