NEWBURY RACECOURSE ENTRY – FROM B3421 OFF A4 (TOWARDS THATCHAM) RG14 7PN

Newbury Racecourse is easily accessible from M4 Junctions 12 & 13, from the M3 and A34. Follow the brown signs to the Racecourse. Sat navs use the postcode RG14 7PN for the correct gate access. Also, the Racecourse has its own railway station.

Visitor parking is in Car Park 4.

We are delighted to announce a new event, Contemporary Art Fairs – Newbury that will be held at the prestigious Newbury Racecourse in the heart of West Berkshire.

Art lovers and artists meet face to face, to browse, to talk, to admire and to buy.

Bringing together over 160 artists, printmakers, photographers, sculptors, ceramicists and selected galleries from the UK and Europe, we offer the very best in contemporary art.

With artwork from £40 to £4,000 and workshops and demonstrations, from leading artists and galleries, our artists will inspire you to create a unique space in your home or office.

This is the time to allow yourself several hours to really appreciate everything there is to see. Many visitors make a full, fun, art-filled day of it.

The Crown and Garter, Inkpen offers delicious seasonal menus in a picturesque country setting. The meat and produce is ethically and locally sourced where possible and they even have their own bakery!

If you are looking for a light bite and barista quality coffee, try Harrisons Coffee Shop a really delightful café on The Broadway near the clock tower. Wonderful service great coffee and delicious food, definitely worth a visit.

The Yew Tree Inn is a delightful 17th century pub with excellent dining and quirky interior, situated in the lovely English countryside, moments from Highclere Castle. Only 15 minutes from Newbury, it has built a reputation within the local community and further afield for its high standard of food and service.

The Dolphin – a pub with stylish mid-century rooms is grown-up, glamorous and fun with very cool art work adorning the walls. The modern British menu comes highly recommended and you can even host a private party in one of their garden beach huts.
