MANAGE YOUR STORE ON CONTEMPORARY ART FAIRS

To get started, log in to Contemporary Art Fairs and you will see your Vendor Dashboard on your personal profile.

1. COMPLETE YOUR GENERAL INFORMATION

Go to the General tab, ensure your store title is correct. Change the Name field if necessary, don’t edit the “slug” field, as this is automatically generated.

You can see your store settings on this tab, these are set by Contemporary Art Fairs admin.

  • Commission Rate: the percentage of the sale we charge for selling your artwork
  • Sale status: Enabled/Disabled
  • Registration date

2. TELL US WHERE TO PAY YOUR FUNDS?

Next, let us know where to send funds from the sale of your artwork from our online platform. Go to “Payments” tab and add your bank account details.

3. COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE

Next go to the “Frontpage” tab and add some information in the Artist shop page information field.

Add your Artist Page header image, best dimensions are the same as your Facebook cover image, 1800px by 704px. If you don’t have a suitable image, or can’t edit to the correct dimensions, just send your preferred image to us at [email protected] and we’ll do that for you.

Next, upload your Profile image, which can be any square image. This can be an image of you, your logo, or one of your artwork.

Complete your contact details on this tab, include your VAT information, if relevant, and save.

4. VACATION

If you go away on holiday please change the delivery date of when you can ship your artwork.

5. SHIPPING!

Go to the Shipping tab and enable Shipping. If you have a standard rate, complete the first section with your default values, so all of your products will default to that shipping value.
 
Complete the Shipping Policy field, here is some sample text:
 
“All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
 
If I have a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If it is likely there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email or telephone.
 
Cost is £20.00 within the UK, £1000.00 to Europe.”
 
Refund Policy
We offer customers a 14-day money-back guarantee if they change their mind. Other cancellation reasons may also trigger a refund in this timeframe. Please check here for more information on customer refunds. 
 
Here is some sample text:
 
“We will pay for the return of all artworks under our 14-day returns guarantee, for customers who have changed their minds.
 
If your artworks are variable in size, you can set shipping prices by creating a shipping area. The purpose of this is to advise customers of your shipping prices and to where you are able to ship.
 
Click ‘Save’ to continue. You will be able to add extra shipping areas as necessary once your artist page is published.

6. UPLOAD SOME ARTWORKS

Now upload images of the artwork that you want to sell.
