WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CUSTOMER CANCELS?
We will notify you if your Customer cancels their order.
If you have not shipped the order, we ask that you accept the cancellation request as quickly as possible by return email. However, you may want to contact your Customer for further information (perhaps there is a simple confusion that you can resolve).
When you accept a cancellation request, you will need to load the artwork in question back in stock so that it is available again for purchase.
If you have shipped the order
Please contact Contemporary Art Fairs as soon as possible. In most cases, we will request that the customer notify us when the artwork reaches them so that we can organise for it to be returned to you.
NOTE: You will not be paid for cancelled orders.
